Section 1: Introduction and General Terms

1.1. Introduction: This shipping policy outlines the shipping and delivery policies of Pause Apothecary ("we", "us", or "our") for our lip balm products. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By submitting an order, you agree to abide by these policies.

1.2. Definitions: In this shipping policy, "lip balm products" means the lip balm products sold on our website.

Section 2: Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

2.1. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates vary depending on your location. Shipping rates are subject to change without notice but will be calculated when you check out.

2.2. Shipping Times: We ship all orders within 3 business days and we do not offer any guarantees on delivery dates. Once the order is shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location.

2.3. Method of Delivery: We seek to offer multiple carriers for shipping depending on the customer's shipping location.

2.4 Order Acceptance and Processing: All purchases are subject to availability and acceptance by us. We will verify the accuracy of information relating to your order, including billing and shipping details, before processing each order.

Section 3: International Shipping

3.1 International Shipping Availability: We do not currently offer international shipping, but we will be adding it in the future.

Section 4: Lost or Delayed Orders

4.1 Lost Orders: All orders will come with a tracking number to help ensure fast delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for lost parcels that have no proof of delivery, such as lost claims that aren't supported by tracking screenshots. Customers may contact the carrier (with helpful hints about effective enquiry control, etc) in order to make any claims.

4.2 Delayed Orders: We cannot control delays in shipping that may harm due to weather conditions or other factors outside of our control

Section 5: Order Cancellation/Refunds

5.1, Cancelling Orders: Due to our shipping times being shorter we are kindly asking customers to cancel if the correct address & error is made or if a duplicate order is spotted within 10 hours. Cancelling an item is not always possible, as we ship many packages within 24 hours.

5.2 Refunds: We endeavor to dispatch all orders efficiently administratively as possible. Once orders have been dispatched we cannot facilitate refunds in scenarios as where speedy processing was the cause in receipt of the order. If defective, or products perform below satisfactory standards, customers may contact the brand within up to 10 days of receiving product.
